Please Andile help me find my sister Nomali Justine Gowases who left Namibia in 1989 fled to South Africa from the then South West African Police (SWAPOL) and hasn’t returned home.
She is the first born of Johnny King Hlatshwayo and Regina Gowases. She was last seen in the early 90’s in Johannesburg, Springs.
