I am trying to find my biological parents , but I was never adopted , only Fostered , 40 years ago.
Unfornately – I have tried for many years , but because I don’t have my biological parents ID number , only their name & surname – I have failed.
I have gone through all the channels , of tracing my Social Worker , to asking the family who “Fostered me” – but all a dead ends.
Everyone claims , my file no longer exists etc etc………
Will your organisation still be able to assist me.
