My Brother (Katleho Dipale)

I am Nthabiseng Rammala (Dipale), 23 years of age. I am looking for my brother Katleho Dipale. We only share the same mother. I last saw him after our mother’s funeral in 2005 in East Rand (Monaheng). Then he left with his father after our mother’s funeral to Eastern Cape, but we lost contact and now we don’t know exactly where he is. His father’s name was Mandla Dabula. Unfortunately Mandla was shot while he was on duty and passed on. Now I am worried who is taking care of my brother. Kindly assist me to find my brother. Because now I am planning to do a tombstone for our mother and I would like if he could be there to attend.
