I’m looking for my mother, Thembela Diza born in Kwamfula Ngqamakhwe. She was last seen in the year 1996 when she had left for the Western Cape and relocated in a township called Embekweni Silvertown to look for a job there and we have never heard from her since then. She left me (Siphokazi 25) at a young age of 5. She left with along with my birth certificate at hand, however I was raised by my Aunt her sister in Gcuwa who later disowned me and I’d moved to Ngqamakhwe to live with my Grandad , where I was poisoned by an in-law of mine, I survived the ordeal . In December that year (2014) I visited my other Aunt in Lisikisiki from my father’s side of the family to spend the festive season there. I eventually spent the following year living there , after a long time of enduring the abuse from my Aunt I decided to call my father who resides in Gauteng and my told him about my situation there and then came here to live with him. It has been a struggle for me to get registered to a school since then and therefore I never got access to formal education or to even apply for an ID document as my birth certificate is still with her or so I hope, so please Khumbule’Khaya help me find my mother.
