LOOKING FOR MY FATHER

Dear Khumbul’ekhaya

I write this letter to you asking for help in finding my Father whom i grew up not knowing him.My name is Lesiba Stephen Kganyago and i Was born in 1989 November 17 at Baragwanath Hospital.I am 25 years old. I have a brother who is 7 years older than me and a sister who is 3 years older than me, My Mother’s name is Ramokone Lucy Kganyago,My Father’s name is Daniel Magabe/Magaba/Magabi and his brother is David Magabe/Magaba/Magabi they are from Ga-sekhukhune in Limpopo because that is were this surname is originated from.My father had a sister which i don’t know her names. He was a well known thatching man all over Johannesburg.

He was staying at Orange Farm/Orange groove during the time he met with my mother.My mother was staying at 9 Atherstone Road Illovo Santon before she moved to Cape Town in , My father and my mother met at 19th avenue Alexandra township in 1980s at ZCC church before my brother was born, they had a relationship from there until my mother conceive my brother in 1982 December 25 from there my mother took my brother home at Ga-Mashashane Naledi to our late Grand mother to raise him,Again in 1986 April 24 My mother gave birth to my sister and she was also taken to Ga-Mashashane Naledi by our mother to out late Grand mother to raise her, In 1989 November 17 i was born and my father only saw me twice when i was few days old and that is were he left us up until today. This is the only information i have from my mother and I do not have any form of his identity to prove.

Life is strange for me because i am preoccupied with knowing who i am and where my paternal home is and so forth.

Your assistance in this regard will be warmly welcomed and highly appreciated with both hands as it is said you are blessed when you give than when you accept.
